Have had severe life changing injuries from accident in April '13, and while employer continuosly denied any treatment that Dr's needed to pursue, there have been many Industrial Commission Hearings and with Todd G. Kimes relentless efforts all recommended procedures were approved and appropriate treatment has been awarded. Trust me when I say that Todd G. Kime is a great attorny for the working class. Has been over 5 yrs. and still employer (RANGER STEEL) wants to deny treatment, but w/Mr. Kime proper medical attention WILL be administered! I cant say enough of what a blessing he has been. 5+ Stars!!!

You can't go wrong hiring Todd. He gives such personalized services. He's never to busy to talk. I wouldn't have recieved the medical services without his expertise. Just remember: every time a BWC claim gets filed, it is ALWAYS in the interest of the employer to eith deny the claim, or only allow the claim for simple diagnosis that will tie your doctor's hands. Not allowing the doctor's patient to receive the recommended treatment he or she has been trained to do.
