Just remember: every time a BWC claim gets filed, it is ALWAYS in the interest of the employer to eith deny the claim, or only allow the claim for simple diagnosis that will tie your doctor's hands. Not allowing the doctor's patient to receive the recommended treatment he or she has been trained to do.
